13. Shipping
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon www.santulan.in’s shipment to the shipping carrier.
We made free shipping on orders of Rs.2001/- or more.
We promise to provide you with best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. An estimated delivery time period is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email/confirmation alert containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, road conditions, traffic, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.
The delivery time period varies from product to product due to stock availability at your order dispatch center. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
16. Severability

1.1. These terms and conditions are operational only in India and open to participation of all the registered members, resident of India of over and above the age of 18 years.
1.2. The program may be extended to other geographies and other audiences at www.santulan.in’s discretion.
1.3. Membership will be offered to the Healthy me (program brand name)
1.4. New Customers will gain membership to the program on registration. All existing customers are given a free membership to the program
1.5. Membership will be identified by a single registered email id confirmed by the registered member at time of first login on the www.santulan.in
1.6. Two email ids cannot be combined under a single membership.
1.7. Membership will be activated for existing and new members/customers as follows:

1.8. Membership is valid for life until such time as www.santulan.in decided to terminate this Website i.e., www.santulan.in, with or without notice to its members.

2.6. In the event of dispute in connection with www.santulan.in program and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions, www.santulan.in’s decision shall be final and binding.2.7. This Policy and these terms shall be read in conjunction with the standard legal policies of www.santulan.in, including its Privacy policy.
2.7. Santulan would have the option of canceling an order in special circumstances. In such an event it will be communicated to the client and money will be refunded for the particular item or order.

None of the websites have been duly authorized at any time through any agreement to sell Company’s products. Therefore, the consumers are cautioned against any such unscrupulous traders who sell any product purporting to be of the Company products, from these websites other than www.santulan.in.
We also notify the Company’s products if offered, as combo offers with any other label products by these unauthorized websites, it would be pertinent to state that Company shall not be held liable in case of any damage or loss caused to the consumers.
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage of health, side effects and /or medical ailment, if any, suffered by any person/ consumer due to consumption or use of any Company’s product purchased online from such unauthorized websites.
